I primarily teach beginning elementary, junior high, and adult beginners, though I’m happy to work with students of all levels. Lessons focus on building a strong foundation in trumpet playing, including breathing, posture, strength and endurance, musicianship, and, if needed, the basics of reading music.

Lessons take place at my home in Ypsilanti, Michigan, or virtually if that’s more convenient. My goal is to make learning the trumpet fun, approachable, and rewarding for every student..
